Scottsdale attorney Greg Roeberg has formally entered the race for Arizona Attorney General, rolling out an America-First platform and making his first media stop on Steve Bannon’s “War Room,” a popular program among Trump-aligned conservatives.
Roeberg, an attorney with more than 15 years of experience, husband, father, business leader, and cancer survivor, announced his campaign with a focus on restoring law and order, securing elections, and strengthening parental rights. His campaign describes him as a “fearless defender of Arizona’s future.”
According to Roeberg’s official campaign biography, he “served as President Trump’s campaign attorney” and worked to “defend the integrity of our elections.” That description comes directly from Roeberg’s campaign materials; independent confirmation of that role has not yet been located in public legal filings or mainstream election-litigation records.
In his announcement, Roeberg casts himself as a battle-tested conservative ready to confront what he describes as rising crime, weakened law enforcement, and a lack of election transparency.
“President Trump needs backup, and Arizona needs an Attorney General who will enforce the law with zero apologies,” Roeberg said. “Safe streets, strong borders, and secure elections — those are the foundations that will give my kids’ generation a chance to build new industries, new opportunities, and a better Arizona. With your help, we will Make Arizona Great Again.”
His platform includes:
- Law & Order:
- Aggressive prosecution of violent criminals and drug traffickers.
- Election Security:
“Uncompromising oversight” of elections, tougher penalties for fraud, and stricter systems to ensure “only legal votes count.” - Backing Police:
Support for law enforcement and opposition to policies that he says “tie their hands.” - Family Protection:
Advocacy for parental rights and stronger safeguards for children.
Roeberg chose Steve Bannon’s “War Room” as his first major media appearance — a signal that he is running squarely within the Trump populist lane. The decision aligns him with a base-driven, anti-establishment messaging strategy that has shaped Republican primaries nationwide. It is rumored that he will make an appearance on Garret Lewis, The Afternoon Addiction, today- another show popular with MAGA conservatives.
As of publication, there was no Statement of Interest for Greg Roeberg listed on the Arizona Secretary of State’s website. Candidates often announce before filing, but the absence of paperwork means he is not yet formally recognized as a 2026 AG candidate in the state’s official election system. However, his website is up and running and accepting donations.
